Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. In Tennessee that's 7 AM to 4 PM Central, or 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern in East Tennessee.
For a telehealth visit, you need to be in Tennessee at the time of the visit.
New patients start with the eligibility test, which takes about 3 minutes. Next comes a private video consultation, where your provider learns your needs and goals and builds a plan with dosing personalized to your body. After that, your check-ins happen online too, with ongoing guidance and support.

Medication is selected based on your unique medical profile, with dosages personalized to fit your body's needs. A qualified provider oversees your treatment throughout.
Only on the clock. In Nashville and Memphis, on Central time, our hours are 7 AM to 4 PM. In Knoxville and Chattanooga, on Eastern time, they're 8 AM to 5 PM. Either way it's the same window, Monday to Friday. We book in Eastern time, and when we call to confirm, tell us your time zone so we both write down the same time.
A deposit holds your consultation. We began asking for one after a run of last-minute cancellations, because it keeps the schedule open for patients who need it. Right after you send your request, you're taken to a payment page to complete it.

After a run of multiple last-minute cancellations, we now ask for a $25 deposit when you book hormone therapy (BIOTE pellets included), weight loss medication or IV therapy. It keeps our schedule open for the patients who need it.
