  • Daytime appointments available by request
  • After 5:00 PM — an after-hours fee applies
  • Between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM — premium overnight fees apply

Simple and upfront — no surprises.

  • Flat fees may apply for medical assessments and initial consultations
  • Travel surcharge beyond 20 miles from the Atlanta center
  • After-hours surcharge after 5:00 PM
  • Premium overnight surcharge from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
