Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. In Washington that's 5 AM to 2 PM Pacific.
For a telehealth visit, you need to be in Washington at the time of the visit.
Book online, choosing Therapy or Medication Management, or call (404) 860-2425. We'll call you within one business day to confirm your appointment, and new patients receive their intake form by email. From your initial consultation to ongoing check-ins, you meet your provider by video. Your provider explains at your visit which treatment options are available to patients in Washington, and if medication becomes part of your plan, it is monitored and adjusted with you.
Our evidence-based High-Performance Therapy offers therapy, medication support, or both: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and holistic wellness strategies, plus psychiatric medication management that is monitored and adjusted with you. A dual-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) cares for individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and relationship challenges.
Our hours start at 5 AM Pacific, so an early-morning visit can come before your workday. We book in Eastern time, and when we call within one business day to confirm, tell us you're on Pacific time so we both write down the same time.
